1. About Aegis
Aegis Health ("Aegis", "the App") is a personal health assistant developed by App Solutions LLC. Aegis helps individuals understand their health data by analyzing lab results, biomarkers, and lifestyle information to provide personalized longevity insights.
2. Data You Authorize
When you connect a health data source (such as Epic MyChart, Gmail, or a wearable), Aegis accesses only the data you explicitly authorize. This may include laboratory results, diagnostic reports, and grocery purchase history. You may revoke access at any time from within the App.
3. How Your Data Is Used
Your health data is used solely to provide insights and recommendations within your personal Aegis account. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or disclosed to third parties. Data is processed on servers operated by App Solutions LLC and stored encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
4. Data Security
All sensitive fields (including health records and authentication tokens) are encrypted at rest and in transit. Aegis does not store your Epic or MyChart credentials — only the access tokens you authorize through the official OAuth flow.
5. Your Rights
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@appsolutionsllc.com. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
6. HIPAA
Aegis operates as a personal health record application under the HIPAA Personal Health Record exception. You direct all data flows to and from your account.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
